Before I start with the shop itself, I am going to say here and now: I'm going to keep this first post as short as possible. So, boo-hoo for me, I can't write that 3-paragraph essay that I call an introduction.
(hallelujah)
Welcome to my photo retouching and edit shop! Please note that I have a different definition for retouches and edits than some of you do. I do not consider retouches and edits to be the same as manipulations. I am willing to add one, possibly even two small objects into your picture, but that's my limit. And, you know, I might not even accept orders that call for manipulations.
Depends on my mood. :P
For those of you who are feeling a bit lost, let me give you a brief summary of what I mean when I say "edits and retouches".
Retouches~ Retouching a photo, in my summarized version, is when I take a photo and smooth it out, which ups the quality of the photo while minimally altering it. A good example would be with, say, your photo for your school yearbook. Maybe karma was getting back at you for something and you had an acne attack the day of the photo shoot. If you give me the photo, I will do my best to (and, have faith - I usually succeed) make it look as though the blemish was never there. This isn't magic, I can do these things - and pretty quickly, too.
Edits~ Edits are when I change the lighting and/or color effects of a picture. You'd be surprised at how different the feel of a photo is after the lighting's been messed with a little bit. But edits aren't just about lighting. I consider edits to be the miscellaneous category (although there are only two categories total XP). If I'm feeling especially ambitious, I can add effects such as a lens flare. However, this is not my sig shop, so I will not be adding any handmade art to any of the photographs. Nonetheless, I will add text to the photograph if you'd like me to.
My small, but important set of rules:
1. I don't provide the photograph. You do. If you say you want a picture of a puppy retouched, I'm not going to do a thing until you give me something to work with. In fact, I'm not even going to tell you if your order is missing a base picture. I expect you to know this already.
2. I will not edit or retouch any photos that have any sort of inappropriate content in them. If it violates any of the Scratch guidelines, I will report it.
3. This isn't so much a rule as it is a request, but I require that you give me the image(s) in link form. Some images can be quite large, and I do not want spam. If you don't know how to make a link, I posted the code below this post.
4. I will not edit your photo past what I feel is necessary. If you're expecting me to take a photo of you and your dog and turn it into a masterpiece, then I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I try to stick to the request. Although I may go a bit beyond and clean or fix something that I feel would enhance the image better, I will not spend hours on a single photo.
5. I can't edit photos that I can't see. If the quality of or the lighting in the source photo you give me is so bad that I can't easily identify what's in it, I will reject your order.
6. Please be patient. If I am not online at the time that you order, don't you think it's a little unfair to expect me to have it finished in fifteen minutes? Plus, do take into consideration that my outside life (homework, family events, that ten minutes of relaxation that I get every week) may interfere with my Scratch life. I always put real-world events first, so don't be upset if I have to put off your order.
7. If you don't pay, you don't get repayed. I will not give you your order until I see that you have fulfilled the necessary payment.
8. Please remember that I reserve the right to reject any orders that I deem inappropriate, risky, or beyond my abilities.
So, thanks for sticking with me! Now we can get onto the fun things.
In this shop, I offer services in the form of packs. Each pack, does have a cost. But I advise you not to sweat it. For most of the packs, it takes more effort to get yourself a glass of water than it does to pay.
You may only make one order at a time, using one pack. The packs are not reserved for special members, so anyone can order with any of the packs.

Unlike in my signature shop, I will not sign my name on any photographs I retouch. Instead, I simply ask that you do not claim credit for the edits I made to the photo.
If there's anything you don't understand, whether it's in this post or my above post, don't be afraid to ask me about it!
I'm here to help! :D
