What episode was that from?
BTW, I like to record the old episodes that come on around midnight.
It's on Nicktoons, and almost every other day Nick shows a classic episode.

It's not a modern episode--it was from Season 3.

I can't believe you guys haven't mentioned this yet. It's not exactly a "popular" Spongebob quote, I can't even remember the episode it was in.
It's a very popular Spongebob quote. It's from the episode "Missing Identity".
By the way guys: "The inner machinations of my mind are an enigma." - Patrick Star

I know it's classic. People, I just haven't seen it.
BTW, I realized "Life Of Crime" has a moral: Never borrow something without permission.

I was just watching "Ripped Pants" (It was on Nick, one of the most nostalgic SB episodes for me.) When the ripped pants song came on, i cried tears of nostalgia. I haven't heard that song in a few years!

And no girl ever wants to dance

Man, I love that song too.

I listened to it for a ten minute loop after it was on.
I heard it was performed by the Beach Boys.

How is it a necropost if the last post is only from the day before?
And I always laugh my head off.

I think it was just performed by a Beach Boys soundalike. It would be pretty hard to get one of the most influential groups of all time to perform on a children's cartoon that wasn't that popular yet.
Still, it's a great song, one of my favorites from Spongebob.

The Beach Boys were in "Doing Time" (they did music), and the metal in "Pre-Hibernation Week" was excellent.

Really? I never knew that.
And I think that Pantera did the metal music in "Pre-Hibernation Weekend".
Thinking about it now, they got some pretty awesome musicians on the show.

It's quite sad that David Bowie, such a good musician, got on one of the worst episodes of the show.

Yeah, and considering it was a musical, he should have had his own song.

I just realized Atlantis Squarepantis was a rip off of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory (hey it's true! think about it.)
