Mind Reader Web Game
I found a really cool game on the web today. It was really awesome! I liked it because the monster has to guess what you're thinking of and it's right every single time. Don't believe me? Then just play the game and I can prove it to you!

wow whats the algorithm behind this
oop well it musnt be that complicated because it changes symbols every time
i imagine that it takes the only possible answers and makes them all the same symbol :3

The thing is. The result is always a multiple of nine. Monster just has to set all multiples of nine to one symbol, and then say it.
Pick any two digits 0 to 9 (I think any number should work too).
Call them X and Y.
10X+Y is the number.
X+Y is the digit sum.
The number minus the digit sum is 10X+Y-(X+Y)
...Which equals 9X.
So the result can only be a multiple of nine.
Monster presets all multiples of nine to a symbol, the rest random.
He says the 9-multi symbol.

probably because you didnt do your math correctly
if youll notice all multiples of 9 excluding 99 have the same symbols every time
these are, as far as i know, the only possible results
also note that the monster will always guess a symbol from a multiple of 9
