Before i say anything about the server please note that this server is owned by SunriseMoon as well as me

This server is a private whitelisted server, with no plugins we use no commands and do not cheat what so ever, the rules are simple we do not have any chest protection so do not steal, no griefing please we are trusting you so be mature,

NOTE: This server is not bukkit not because we cant have it bukkit but because we dont want it!

It is whitelist as mentioned before so to get on you must leave an application.

I don't think you're going to have many players if you turn down most whitelist requests.
In all my time playing minecraft, this is the first time i've seen someone turn down a whitelist request hmm

Its because we have certaint requests from the players its very strict because we want our players to be as mature as possible.

What do you expect from this server: To interact with Scratchers. Scratch people seem to be more trustworthy, and less likely to grief. Also, no commands and no plugins sound like a nice changes from a normal server.

When does the server restart? It's says that I haven't been whitelisted. A reload would fix this, but I can wait.

Persuade yourself. Join or not, there is no in between. If it sounds like your type of server, join. But if you aren't going to be dedicated and only be on a little bit, don't join.

I recommend getting Hawkeye or a similar griefer detector. Sure it's not vanilla but so what? It doesn't change any gameplay whatsoever, it simply lets you know who broke what.

I myself, were one of the first (I think?) invited, and from that experience I learned this is a pretty strict server, and we aren't in for many users or traffic.
