Interactive Icons
I was thinking that maybe a little bit like projects. We could make our icons like games or animations (Well, you can already do that with Gimp but just let me keep explaining). There could be an icon editor, kind of like the Project Editor. Like if the Mouse Pointer was touching the icon like "change color if touching Mouse Pointer" or it could make an animation. This would make it easier to make animated icons instead of just trying to make gifs with Gimp. So that's just my idea. Hope you support!

Agreed. I do, however, think that you should be able to edit the icon without changing the program, like in "Edit --> Change Icon" and the paint window pops up.
