I think Gideon knows that there are 3 books(I guess its kinda obvious though), and maybe he's trying to find book 1? And maybe he's also enemies with Stan because of the books(because I think Stan has at least a little something to do with them)?
I also saw Gideon's school I.D says 'Elementary School' on it. :3 It's hard to see, but it's there.
I think I'm going to start making a theory list now. LOL

Gravity Falls Conspiracys. There's also Gravity Falls:Decoded, which takes the secret stuff on the show (like the hidden messages) and decodes them.

And speaking of that post, I actually think the last one might happen. Both do want Mabel as their queen (Gideon said it in Little Dipper)
