Kaj is a sort of scratch legend; she was a user who threatened to destroy/hack scratch and was banned by the mods.
rhy refers to RHY3756547, a scratcher. we can't remember all his numbers so we just say Rhy.

They were Scratchers - but we don't encourage discussion of individual Scratchers on the forums as it could be embarrassing to them and it encourages gossip. So I'll close this.
