Windows vista basic + Scratch = D:

Scratch won't run with my windows vista basic, so I've been trying to switch it back to standard, but that won't help at all, I've replaced it with the same, but it would not work.
I have the original theme, standard, that's what came with my computer, It's in the files of my computer, the original theme, but it won't display, so there is no way to run scratch without standard and my computer doesn't want to show standard.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP?
SCRATCH CAN'T RUN!

Windows Vista Basic
2.60 GHz
2GB Memory
32 Bit Colors
SP1 (I don't plan on upgrading)

Perhaps you aren't an admin. Try downloading the files-only version, if you are having trouble installing.

Who would win, SOPA or PIPA?
