What the heck is a bot?! I think you mean Scratchers, because there are no bots on Scratch (I think).

a bot = a script run by a computer, both for malicious and useful purposes.

A spambot, as far as I know, is an automated computer program that goes on the scatch website, creates an account, and spams a lot. So, in reality, there are bots on Scratch some of the time.
