Hey guys. Raki here.
I've been hosting a bukkit server since late 2011, and so far, I've been the only one to build everything in it.
To earn building rights to the server you can either enter your IGN in the responses below, or you can register via Wordpress account, and post you IGN (In-Game Name) here: http://metaunotoki.wordpress.com/need-a-builders-permit-on-minecraft/ It's pretty easy and fast.
Server hours: 9:30/10:00 am to 9:30/10:00 pm Central time
The server ISN'T whitelisted, so ANYONE CAN JOIN WITHOUT ASKING.
Anyone can build ANYWHERE, except for Spawn and the server's gondola.

THIS SERVER USES THE GUILDS PLUGIN, so simply type-in /guilds join (race)
RACES:
Toki -Equipped sword and arrows have a poison effect.
Kiladako -Has the ability to fly. (HOLD SHIFT)

Only admins can be on creative.
MAIN MAP WILL BE RESET ON LARGE UPDATES TO THE GAME.
Rules:
Don't spam fire/lava/water (Fire spread diabled)
NO griefing
No Stealing
No hacking (Instant Kick)
Respect ALL Admins/Mods
Only use the Nether portal behind spawn. 
PLEASE DON'T COMPLAIN ON HOW LAGGY IT IS, it's my Internet.

I think a mix of creative players and survival players will be a little unfair

The server isn't whitelisted, so you can log in without being automatically kicked.
BUT, the reason why I ask for IGNs is because the users will be set to the builders permission.

UPDATES!!!!!
~The server will soon have Movecraft, or Pilotcraft for building airships, planes, UFOs, etc.
~It's AWESOME on how I've been getting lots of new builders cause of this advertisement.
~When I get a laptop (IDK when), the server will run 24/7.

Humans would be a good idea. But the problem about that is that it would be very mundane, and I'm afraid that everyone would choose that class. I'll try and tink of something.

It never seems to be up when I look at it, yet minestatus says it's up 100% of the time?

I got a few more ideas, maybe not a good as my first, though.
Vampire: strength 1, speed 1, and regen 1 at nighttime
Survivalist: No food poisoning
Roadrunner: Always has speed 2
Gourmet: Food restores 2× as much hunger
Feel free to change the names
