Near the sprite name there is a little picture of a lock. If you click it, the clothes sprite will unlock.

If you click on the little padlock symbol up by the top center of the screen, it will "unlock" the sprite so that it can be dragged by the mouse. Here's a project that shows you how

first put the clothes over the person to see the coordinates. remember them

 when gf clicked
go to x: () y:()// not on person

when  [piece of clothing v] clicked
glide () secs to x:() y:()// can be any number; coordinates remembered from before
go to front
