Can I convert a Scratch project to MP4?

I made an animation in Scratch, it's not interactive except for clicking the green flag. Is there a way for me to convert to MP4? So that instead of clicking the green flag, you click a play button?

You can record the screen while it's playing using screen recording software (CamStudio is the best free one I know of).
