What's up with this?

I recently found this project, and noticed this statement in the project notes:

This project is protected by a Creative Commons license (CC BY-ND 3.0)

That's weird, because Scratch automatically assigns a CC BY-SA license to all projects, meaning "Share Alike". CC BY-ND means "No Derivatives". They are opposites. Is this allowed?

He didn't actually use that one, if you click on the some rights reserved below the project, then you will see that it is a CC-BY-SD.


Who would win, SOPA or PIPA?

It's CC BY-SA 2.0, actually.
