I dunno, as projects get more views the ratio usually goes down. There are probably lots of projects with 1 view and 1 love its. Having 2 sections dedicated to love its is kinda excessive too.

It would be cool to have a stats page that would contain that kind of info though.

good point 1 view and 1 love it would always be on the front page, but then they would get more views and it would be changing around too often

maybe a minimum of 5 (or so) love-its to be eligible?
and views should mean views by distinct users: one could view a project they hate thats in the front page a bunch of times (refresh...) to bump it off...

5 is still a bit much, i'd say ten at the very least

It sounds interesting, but there would be several problems.  It would cause a few mathematical errors, for one thing.

Hmm, this could be interesting. As other people mentioned, many projects can reach one view and one loveit, because the project creator visits their project and puts a loveit.
