Sorry, Scratch will never have private messaging. People could privately attack others through it, and no-one would know. It's good to just keep things open.
Additionally, it appears that you didn't read the sticky, saying how feature requests belong in Suggestions. However, since this isn't a dilav suggestion in any case, i'll just close it right here. ;P
