ACK! What just happened!

I was working on a project, and putting text in and all, then all of a sudden, the text dissapeared, lot's of stuff started dissapearing, and everything started becoming disfunctional! Then the window just dissapeared! Is Scratch unstable or something?  sad

I think it is unrelated to Scratch.
