custom boolean blocks

in scratch 2.0 will you be able to create custom boolean blocks where you can define what conditions report as true and what conditions report as false?

No.
Custom booleans and reporters are planned for a future release I believe.

Or even 2.2.  tongue

There's a bug if you create a variable in the current alpha:

"variable %b"

and it will give you a boolean insert in the reporter which doesn't work.
