I would probably wish for my wish not to be granted... just to troll Kyuubey. . ;^^ I don't really like wishes.
Unless someone I cared for was sick. then I would wish for them to be able to get over the sickness and be able to live normally again.  But then again it really does depend on the situation I am in at the moment.

...And then you'd turn into a witch when you realize that you could have wished to end all sickness for good.  XD

I would also try to troll Kyubey with something like 'I wish humanity never needed Incubators, so they never would have came to Earth, and therefore no one became a magical girl and no one became a witch' or 'I wish to never be a magical girl.'

Considering I found it on a website for manga, I think it can fit into here.

Believe me, I of all people don't need to be told the definition on manga or anime.

It was formerly a webcomic, and it's drawn by a Canadian (normally I wouldn't even argue about this kind of thing but the style isn't even right for it to be manga)...

The style is very close to manga.

I didn't catch the reference but I'm assuming that's supposed to be derogatory. Its point of view isn't dynamic like in most manga, and it isn't related to Japan in the slightest. I searched online to see where it is you could've found it (besides the * webcomic site where it is hosted), and I found 2 choices: MangaMagazine, which is a publisher for several webcomics, not just manga, and Mangafox, which is a money grabbing parasite of a hosting site and will host pretty much anything in an attempt to get ad revenue (based on a few reviews of the site I read). Halfway through typing this I realized how dumb this argument is though, so if you want to discuss it here, I won't bother you about it anymore.
