revamp the forums!
Things I think the forums should have:
1)Change the colour of the blue bare and the Gray bit at the side.
2)be able to get [img] from you're PC
and get a img
3)change font
4)rename you're posts
5)new scratchers have sigs
6)message when you get a reply to a forum post
7)that's it

1. I don't see why it would need too....
2. No, this can be a little dangerous...
3. See 1.
4. You don't need to rename posts...do you mean topics? You can just report to do that.
5. This is to prevent spamming.
6. You can just check the "My posts" part of our profile, and it will show you the topics you post on and the ones with new posts.

1 I like it like that, but perhaps an option to change it
2 Scratch would turn into an image hosting site
3 I might like that, but people could post in a hard-to-read font
4 Just report the first post asking for it to be renamed
5 Annoying, but nessasary. Imagine if spambots had signatures!

We don't want new scratchers to have forums right off the bat. They could spam in it very easily

This will cause the server to slow down a lot (And I mean a LOT), so no.

No. The current system is to prevent an image attack (where a bunch of people post inappropriate images)
3)change font

Nah. The current system is in place to keep people from trying to confuse other people. If you made a typo, you can fix it within 5 minutes of posting it, but otherwise just report it.

No. Absolutely not. This (like #4) was removed intentionally. This feature is in place to prevent spam, because according to Wikipedia, some spammers actually use sigs as a way to promote the sites they are spamming for.

This has been suggested before, but would be rather difficult to code.

i think (s)he means "Change font" like have a selection of fonts for your post like:
