I'm stupidly "back" (from my vacations to the bed, bathroom, and school) and I see we're hiring now. Wonderful - maybe we'll get some active members - unlike me. Again no arguments (I certainly remember) but I personally like nanotek or nanotec. To me, nanotech seems a bit too... formal and I feel like nanoteck or whatever we name it should be an almost playful, intuitive company - sorta like Apple - all controlling but ... fun.

Hello Bit Company, your session will be starting on Sunday, so I thought I'd drop by a little early and get a feel for what's going on. So, could you give me a feel for what you're currently working towards, and how you're going about doing it? Thanks.

Alright, I have my report. So, to be formal...

Hello Bit Company! I've been watching this collab for a little while, more in depth after I was assigned to it of course. I've been sent, as you know, to give you a progress report, and try to help you out. So here goes.

Your leader, ftf841, has been kind of lax about this collab. Not what you want to see as a leader. What you need, is to give constant support and encouragement, edging your members on, spurring them to greatness. But I don't see that here. You need to tighten up a bit (no pun intended) if you want to succeed. I'll have to give you a 5/10, as you are better than most, you are trying, but more effort is required.

Next stop, your members. It's getting worse right now, and it went well for a little while, but it has degraded. None are very active, nothing is getting done. I'm afraid a 2/10 is required here.    I'll talk more on this section later.

Your first, and at this point, only project, the Bit OS, is a great first project. OS's don't serve too much purpose, but as a show of teamwork, it's a great thing to do! Very smart first project! Now, if you could only make some more... I'll give you 8/10 for this.

Structure is the last thing on the list. I'm sorry to say this, but you're a bit (pun intended) disorganized. You seem to be accepting almost every application, you need to investigate into people before you hire them. If they fail to meet their quotas without good reason, fire them. That may seem extreme, but having a smaller, core group that is active, will work a lot better than a lot of inactive members. Your description could also use work, and your website could use some more info as well. A lot of work needs to be done here. 3/10 is my rating here.

That gives you a total of 18/40, which means we have serious work to do. By the time I'm done, I hope to have you at at least 32/40. Let's get to work! The first thing you can do, is cut everyone who doesn't reply to this thread by a date of your choosing. The second, is add more to your description, and beef up the website some. We'll see what else can be done after that.
