Re: The Walruses - A Beatles Tribute Band on Scratch

Wolvesstar97 is currently learning the parts (since a few weeks ago), so she may be ready to record them. I can ask her if you like.

Yeah, that'd be good. Thanks.

Re: The Walruses - A Beatles Tribute Band on Scratch

Hi everybody,

I am afraid that I may have to resign for a time. School is taking up a lot of my time, and I just cant fit in time for school and multiple collabs.

I probably will join again in the future.
Sorry to leave on such short notice, I love this collab, but I just dont have time for it.

Bye.

Oh, boy. I completely understand how your schoolwork can get in the way. It's perfectly normal. You're a very gifted drummer, and I hope we can have you back again some day.  smile

The good news, though, is that wolf already recorded and uploaded her drum part for "Here Comes the Sun", and "Yesterday", obviously, doesn't need a drum part, so we're still good for our first single.

Still, we're going to need to find another one once we focus on the Abbey Road Medley.

I might be able to do the drums for you guys if you want in the future; I'd have to see how much time I have though.

That'd be great if you could arrange time drumming for us, in between your work with Quiet, Please.  big_smile

What I've mostly got to wait and see about is how much homework I'm going to have. ^^ I just started school on Friday, so I need to let things kind of get into the flow of things before I can say for sure.

Ah yay, glad that the single's still fine, and I'm glad that you understand.

Re: The Walruses - A Beatles Tribute Band on Scratch

Would any of you guys be interested in a virtual jam session? We could organise one with Skype. No need to use video, just audio, and most of us seem to be online at similar times anyway  smile

Hmm, that would be an awesome arrangement, I think.
Would that require receiving everybody's phone number through e-mail?

No, just our skype names, since we'd be using voip rather than the phone. It's free too  smile

Or we could use a different voip service.

Sorry 'bout the late reply.  tongue

I think it's an awesome idea, but I'm not sure if it's possible. We're all in different countries - DIY is from the UK, you're from Australia, and I'm from the US.

I do notice, though, that you and DIY come on at the same time, so maybe you two can do it. I might not be able to make it but I can try.

I don't think that's something to be unsure about.

And I am very busy with Frozen Coco stuff, so I won't be able to do stuff for this in a while.
