Need to know what 8-bit is & how it is created
Can anyone tell me what 8-bit is? And if someone can, please also tell me how can projects be made in 8-bit.

Talk about negative...
8-bit is a large pixel-like drawing, you just need to zoom in, and draw pixel by pixel in a paint editor. 8bit is usually low quality.
