Hm.... well, I recommend the old version. It isn't as violent, but it does have scenes that are kind of bad. For example in one scene Ed is chased by a serial killer, and it is a bit horrific. It does have dark concepts, but it's not as bad as some series...
If you looking for something completely clean though.... I don't think you should watch it. it's a great series, but it can get pretty dark.

There is a new anime coming out called "Aoi Sekai no Chuushin de", and it's based around the 90's console wars. All of the characters in it are based on several Nintendo and Sega characters. It seems interesting...

I have an idea for a manga. It is about a group of teens who live in Australia and in their world, the Aboriginal gods are real. Each teen has a certain power and must defend the Earth from the monsters. The antagonist is either going to be a demigod, a fundamental theocrat, or the Rainbow Serpent.

Well it was more ironic than intentional. I decided to make a manga about my interests, and one of my interests is mythology. Aboriginal Dreamtime mythology is my favorite.
