This is unique to this project, not the Scratch program itself, so let's have it moved to Help with Scripts, or Questions about Scratch.  smile

You may want to try to make scripts simpler, or delete some parts of the game.
But these days many people use flash, so I'm not sure why it could possibly lag.

I agree if it just lags online then its your Internet connection or web browser if it lags on the computer then i would try making your script much simpler.
