Hi Blayer98, does your computer support Asian languages? I can copy-paste Japanese characters into my version of Scratch just fine.
An alternative work-around is to use an image of the Japanese text. Personally, this does require some work, but I think it's better because it spares your text from being affected by the disappearing text bug if you encounter it. 
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

are you trying to copy and paste via right-click? If swo, then just use your keyboard shortcuts to copy/paste

You can use keyboard shortcuts to paste, I believe. Just go on a site like Google translate (Not completely accurate at times, but it works.), and use CTRL+V to paste it into whatever you are trying to paste the copied text into.
