Okay sorry, I haven't been here, Scratch broke for me again. Anyway the thing with the story is off limits, and I'm making no exception. We're creating a world stopped in time until we're finished. Imgine nothing has happened yet and it has all just appeared. There is no 'backstory'.

Also ImagineIt I'm gonna make you an Admin of this creation. So you help with keeping it on track. This does mean I'm gonna need you to round all the ideas submitted so I can post them.

Woah! Thanks!

The Levi:

The Levi is a plant with a hollow stem. It has hollow branch-like features coming off of itself also. It sucks air through the branches and pushes it out of the bottom, sending it straight up. It uses this to catch small, flying creatures. It digests them with a grinder in the stem, and then the food is later brought to the rest of the body via roots(All in the plant.)

Re: A world born from the imagination of Scratch

Roundup time!

Plants

Unknown Tree
It can grow from 10-20 feet tall, with smooth, dark brow bark that blends in with the soil.
The leaves are broad and absorb the humidity from the air instead of taking water with it's roots.
The leaves are light green and as thin as paper, and come out from green stems from the side of the tree; the only part covered in bark is a free-standing pole at the center of the plant, basically the middle of the plant.
It has bright fruits that are shaped like spheres, 3 inches in diameter that change color depending on the seasons: summer-green/blue, fall-red, spring-pink, and it does not bear fruit in the winter. It's seeds are found in the fruit and they look similar to that of an apple seed.

Egg Tree
It’s a palm tree except it lays eggs instead of coconuts which hatch into more egg trees. Moos are the only creatures that can eat them though. They also move around by hopping.

Gelu Aedificatoris
aka
The Frost Builder

This plant uses a similar protein that the Frost Drinker does to create a dome around itself, protecting it from predators. The protein has small changes though, so it can't hold minerals, has no odor or taste, but in turn is much stronger. The plant has many chloroplasts, since the sun is far away.

The Levi

The Levi is a plant with a hollow stem. It has hollow branch-like features coming off of itself also. It sucks air through the branches and pushes it out of the bottom, sending it straight up. It uses this to catch small, flying creatures. It digests them with a grinder in the stem, and then the food is later brought to the rest of the body via roots(All in the plant.)

Animals

Unnamed Moon Animals
The moons are home to ecosystems of (Insert Name). Large slimy creatures with 6 legs that rely on minerals not found on the main planet for their food and survival. Instead, they need to sustain themselves with the thick oozy liquid that seeps out of craters in the surface of the moons.

Moos
The Moo is a deeply complex and evasive creature that dwells in forest regions that snow in the winter. Little is known of its habits and suchlike, but they are famous for their ominous cry of “moo!” that resounds very very ominously throughout all forests in which they inhabit. There are so many of them that it is theorized they just spontaneously generate, or are born in litters of about thirty-nineish. Moos are known to eat eggs from the egg trees. They also move around by hopping.

Omnichange
This creature is an herbivore if male, and a carnivore when female. The females are usually very rough and large, while the males are the opposite. The males, although weak, must fight to the death against others to win their mate. There is no mating call, the males venture their whole life to find their mate who they will keep forever. Gender is determined after birth, when the creature decides whether its first meal will be meat, or leaves.

They live mainly in crystal savannas, but have had rare sightings in forests.

They range from about 3 to 5 feet wide and are near 10 feet long if female. About 2 thirds of that if male. They are quadrupedal. Males are more at risk, as they are smaller, therefore can easily be eaten by predators, and have less body fat.

That's exactly what I'm saying! When we're finished, we can make another one. Another "time period."

Okay well, all you need to do is figure out what we're talking about atm (Usually will be on the topic post at the top. And then throw ideas in. We will talk about them and if anyone thinks it's a good idea I'll add it to the topic post.
If you are creating animals or plants you need to create a very in depth description of the animal. If you say it does something it needs to be backed up up to prove that it can actually do that. (Eats rock, say which rocks and where.)

ATM I really wanna get to work on the world map.

yes please. Design a land mass and tell me what rocks and the climate it has. Also give it a name. (You can make up new rocks just give properties)

ATM I really wanna get to work on the world map.

How about there are about 7 regions:

The Crystal Savannah, all of the Grasses growing there grow extra large, and they are all over.

The Frozen Caverns:  The coldest place on the planet, also the deepest. They glow red as you get closer to the core. Thought to be where life on Epilithe started.

The Razor Forest: Most flying creatures live in the tall trees growing here. It is believed that an ancestor of every creature in the forest lived there and had a tail as sharp as a razor. No fossil remains have been found.

The Acid Ocean: An ocean made completely of a corrosive acid. Very few creatures live here.

The Fog Cliffs: These Cliffs always are covered by a mysterious fog. The fog is extremely thick and only creatures with extreme sight can live here without falling off of the cliffs.

I still need time to think of 2 more.

Re: A world born from the imagination of Scratch

I've created a bit of the map:

http://i49.tinypic.com/2m4om05.png

Do you like it? Sorry about the line through the middle in the water, that was a rendering error. I'm pretty sure it can fit in The Fog Cliffs. It's pretty small (1000x1000 meters) so we'll need more.

Okay I've gotta create some animals.
NOTE: YOU NOW MUST GIVE THE LOCATION OF YOU ANIMAL/PLANT ACCORDING TO THE WORLD MAP/REGIONS.

OH! NEW REGION!

The Bubble Bog: The bog creates huge bubbles that last for weeks. Many creatures live in the bubbles before they pop. It is hard to move around in unless you've adapted to it.
