That requires a brief description of what the user needs help achieving in the topic post? Ones without it can be edited to contain it by a mod if someone reports.

I have to think about this more before I give my opinion, but shouldn't this be in Suggestions? I'll report it to get moved for you.

Could be useful, like the people who make a topic called "HELP ME THIS IS DUE TOMOROW!!!" or "Help!". Maybe the edited version could have a [mod-edit] at the end or something? "Jumping bug [mod-edit]". Would give the mods a lot of work though.
Also, this rule should be in Bugs and Glitches too.

I like this idea, but just to point this out, people could circumvent this feature by saying:

Help!
Information on problem:
My computer is on fire! Help!
Also, as Molybdenum had said above ^^, this would be extra work and the Scratch Team is busy right now, so this would add extra things for them to do at a bad time.

The topic should be at least "My computer is on fire, what should I do?" or something similar.

I think education would be a better solution just tell people what not to do. Most users who make this mistake are new

Making an actual rule seems quite harsh TBH, and it could be irritable work for the mods :S I do agree that people should be informative, but that's out of simple common sense

But they might be too worried to type that in, though I'm starting to doubt that.
