Stop all sounds

Don't know if this goes in QaS or HwS.

If you use the

stop all <not> pinks [but v] [sounds v]
block, does it stop ALL sounds or just the sounds in the sprite?

It stops all sounds in the project. However, you could always set the volume of a sprite to 0. That doesn't affect anything else.
