It was this 'facility' that the Japanese used to have. They captured many political enemies and innocent people such as babies. Then they did experiments on them. One of there more well known experiment was splitting open the stomach and reattaching the esophagus directly to the intestine--without anesthesia. That's belittling the extreme emotional and physical torture these people went through
