Well, there isn't any kind of notification for forums; if you do create a forum thread, you'll need to check up on it to see if anyone had posted in it. ^^

To create a forum thread, you just click on the link on the top or bottom right that says "post new thread". Since it seems you want to create sprites for people you may want to scroll down the forum page and create a topic in the "Request" forum. smile

You just hit the report button and leave a message asking for the thread to be moved. wink

yeah this is just stupid i made a fourm before BUT i forgot how to make one ive been looking though the fourms to find a butten that might say [Create fourm] help!!
