Scrolling Wall Jumping?

I need a game engine that supports wall jumping, clinging to walls (like sliding down them), and running. And it needs to scroll (and have more than one terrain piece, I've found ones with only 1). Any one know of one?

Since such a game engine is so specific, I doubt you'll find one already made.  I know that there are people here who could make one for you though.  I would, but I have pretty much no free time now  sad
