Re: Pokemon- Land Version and Pokemon- Sea Version Collab

Hey, guys, I am on, I will continue to keep this alive by posting here and there from time to time. I will be most active on Sundays, Monday, and Fridays (depends). I today have a lot for homework, 2 Questions for history (2 paragraph answers/each), A LOT of math problems (we're reviewing what we did in he beginning of LAST year xD which is equations with exponents. We are soon going on to Polynomials o think) I have 40 questions for Physics (Kinematics) and 8 page homework for English xD. This is very little if you must know, here we call this a breal, I don't know about you guys. So don't expect much being that you have seen what "a little" is to me.

Speaking of characters, can i have some designs/ideas of what they look like. I can do the sprite and attempt drawing it.

I can make official art of the fakemon! And I don't mean, like, sprites, I mean like actual art that we can put into an advertisement banner. I just need to see the fakemon and I can probably draw it.  wink

I had an idea where the girl represents the sea (hence the blue in her hair) and the boy represent land (i'm thinking orangey hair)

Apart from that, i know nothing about girls or fashion pasfbafbfpa4gthf

Re: Pokemon- Land Version and Pokemon- Sea Version Collab

Allllright.

To get this clear:

it seems beyblade has a better idea. Name the prof after an African tree (derp why didn't I think of that?).

max, you're right. *facepalm directed to self*

Game, great idea.

Zang, give it- wait, we haven't any guidelines *facepalm x2*

And to beyblade, again, I didn't mean hard labour (like I'm going to get you to- NO I'M NOT). I meant... y'know...

I have no idea. Gah.

Oh yeah. Well, what'd be easier? Working when school gives us hard labour or working in a nice environment that is Scratch.

And me. Y'all love me as the leader. Right?

OK, just kidding, I love you guys as team members so you should sho- not this again.

Right. So. That brings me to the most important topic of all.

The Comedy.

It seems. We have. To work together on this one. TwT

OK, just kidding. I don't hate your humor.

I haven't anything more to say on all your objections, drawings, other stuffs.

And to Zang, you can go ahead with the Fakemon sprites. Official Arrrrrrrttttttttttt!!!!!!!

Now I have more time to think.

Anyone have any official names that differ from the ones I've thought of?

Speak now, or forever hold your peace  tongue

Another thing, I have a half day of school tomorrow. That means I'll have several tons of time. Anyone have anything important you want me to know, then tell me. I'll do what I can to resolve any problems. I'll also grant requests to the best of my capabilities. Annnd... anything I've missed, then also speak now. But you don't need to forever hold your peace. Y'all have jobs to do now, is my assumption correct? Because...

The map needs doing. I'll try and get a guideline sorted out when I can.

Dun dun dunnn.

Sorry, had to.

And to actually contribute in this post, I'll get my visuals for the map sorted... now... I remember that at the Northern part, there was a mountain range to represent Kilimanjaro and a volcano within one. There was also a desert to the far South, which ended in a large beach.

Wait, I have something. What if Dosuo was made up of two large islands instead of one massive hunk of land? This'd add a sea route or two. Anyone object?

That'd redesign the map entirely. Good thing we've done almost no work on it or we'd be in trouble. XD

How about that the islands were once one but were seperated by a large volcanic eruption?

Serpencia then sank the volcano which angered the Land Mascot and caused the global war. Then the two teams revive them and attempt to restart the fight at the Dosuo Sea (that's what we'll call it until we have an official name). This brings me to an idea I had earlier.

There'll be an underground subway that connects the two islands together, much like the Eurostar or that subway (forgot the name) that connects the two main islands of Japan together, Shinto and... that other one, sorry I forgot.

Thing is, the player will have to cross the sea first because the two teams severed the line to stop interference with their evil stuff. XD

Not sure how the player will fix them. We'll think of something at some point.

Sounds good  smile . I have started on the engine again, and almost 1/4 of the way done. But you guys know, that if we make all these maps, you guys will have to create them your self's, because I don't think there has been a Pokemon game that has had 2 large islands, meaning all over world map will have to be done by hand or by splicing different pieces of B/W maps. I can give an attempt, but I am not very good at sprites.

well I have very basic and not complete concept art.
ALSO

I earlier wrote:

an optional semi-legendary septuplet. It would be 6 places around the land, caves kind of like gyms, and in the center, lies one of six semi-legendaries.
Each of them would be a piece of a totem pole, and would be one of these 6 types: fire, water, rock/grass, flying, electric, and dark/psychic (one or the other)each of the would have a matching maze/puzzle in their one room( I think they might be lv.40), and when you bring them all in your party to one last place, they would combine into a last, normal type, complete totem pole pokemon. it might have the moveset: water gun, flamethrower, thunderbolt, vine whip, air cutter, psychic, and switch. How can it have seven moves you say? Well, I'll tell you. The secret is it's signature move, switch. it will switch it's moveset between the first three and second three, and switch will stay. the catch? it takes an entire turn.Their names would be tote+something related to their type (ex: electric could be totespark, fire might be toteburn) . My idea for the septuplet master name would be(prepare for bad pun overload) Tote-all. Get it? That will be all.

@ baku
(Not quoting because it'd get too big)

I had started making the grass one, but it turned out to be a huge flop... but maybe that's just because it's 12:30 am on a school night.  tongue

On the brighter side, I doodled something pretty. I think it's, like, a bird made of some sort of stone. (Not marble, because marble is shinier and has what looks like cracks in it)

Re: Pokemon- Land Version and Pokemon- Sea Version Collab

OK. Another list of things to sort myself through. XD

I am aware that the map will be very unique. Very unique indeed. So that would mean our own designs for it will have to be unearthed, like popopobob said. But that just shows how good we are. XD

And to Zang...

Well, I see you're busy with the seven Totem Fakemon. They are of great importance in African culture. I'll see where the Totem chambers get to on the map.

And that's a very pretty bird you have there. Looks like it's made of... uh... stone.  tongue

Wow, that wasn't a long list. XD

Wa-wa-wait. Baku, did you just say that the totem Fakemon were septuplets but said there were six?

According to the rest of the world, six would be sextuplets.

Oh! And I realised.

Quite a bit of time ago Pokedirector, you created BlueStreaks to comply with the music you created. So, equipped with that information, I asked if composing our OWN music for the games would be possible and you said yes.

Unfortunately, we've made no headway. At all. XD

I'd just like to bring that up again, to remind us all and to tell the new members who had joined since then. That also went up during the "No Zang D:" period, so it's telling Zang as well.

Those were hard days. TwT

And I will note that I will not be here for around 72 hours starting... 23 hours after the time of this edit. So if you have anything to ask of me, say it now, or you'll have to wait three days. Which isn't long, considering how busy we all are. XD

Eeeeevening all (even though it isn't evening here XD).

Well, I'm back from that camp. I can't believe I managed to shove 3 sausages and 5 pieces of bacon in my mouth, what with my really low metabolism. XD

There was also a dog which barked our ears off and escaped from the home two doors down and managed to take our food out of the bin. Then I was scared speechless when I heard it was seen during the night. AND HUNTING EVERYONE'S GUTS DOWN.

Actually, the person who said it lied. XD

Other than that, it was pretty uneventful. XD

So, what's the progress with whatever jobs you've been assigned with? (assuming you have a job to do)
