Hi can anyone help me, i want to make a gif made from scracth  smile

You cannot make GIFs from the Scratch program. You can make animations and import GIFs onto scratch though.

If you want to make a GIF, search it on google and you should be able to find some website to create one. There are some programs that do it as well. You just have to make a picture of each frame and then compile the frames to run together.
