Hey Guys! I'm jane_610, and I am a relatively new scratcher... though I have been here for a few days and didn't realize that there is a forum... Anyways, I'd love to make some new friends here, so if any of you are willing to make space for another friend, please add me!

Hi. I am smudgetulie. I register within the last few days and have uploaded one game so far: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/smudgetulie/2772759

I'm new and have no clue of how to start creating. I can't seem to find the program board or how to make/program a sprite. Why do they call them "sprites" anyway? sounds like something to drink to me.

hello i am Gabrielorigami, and i have a few questions. in the home page it says "what the public is remixing" so i am thinking that it can't just be you ask someone's permission and then make it so how do you do it?

Remixing is (as you probably know) making a modified version of a project and uploading it. No permission is required to remix (see license) as long as you give credit. Just download the project, modify, and upload! "Top remixed" is just what is getting remixed the most.

Hello guys,
I'm relatively new to scratch, I just wanted to come on and say how much i am enjoying it so far. The games are great! I'm thinking about making my own but unsure where to start. Though I have alot of great ideas thanks to the scratch members. Thank you everyone.

Hi! I'm a new Scratcher. I've been playing around with it for a couple weeks now, and I just posted my first project. I'd love some feedback
It's here: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/joshuathegeek/2788221
I figured I'd introduce myself on the forums. Also, I had a question: If I make a change to my project and re-share it, does it replace the old one, or show up as a new project?
Thanks!

Hello! I'm Juliet and a new 'scratcher granny', trying to get sufficiently familiar with it to set my grandchildren off with a bang. (They are quite lazy and easily discouraged, so I thought I'd write some little games and show them how I did it, then they can modify and mess them about ... the modern equivalent of doing the 'Hello World" thing for each new language!) I'm having great fun, but am already frustrated by a few things. One is, I can't seem to make sprites 'undragable' while the scripts are running, so users can sabotage my first game completely!
