Disabling Commenting On Galleries

You see if you're viewing your own project, you get to disable commenting.  But what about galleries?  This could come in handy  smile   tongue

I think this is a good idea. We have comment disabling vor projects, so why not for galleries?

Ex. In a gallery with complicated math, someone people might say:
"WHAT IZ TIS STUFF?!?!?!?!?!?!?1111 one thousand one hundred and eleven I DUNT UNDERStAND IT?!!!!!"
And you just don't want people to annoy you?
