Scratch does not come with it nor is affiliated with it. Therefore, we come to two conclusions:
1) Your antivirus software is wrong/broken/free (In fact, I've never heard of it)
2) You got it from somewhere else
I personally think it's that your "antivirus" software is broken, wrong, or free. I've never heard of it, so it's probably not that good.
