Is there any possibility (other than use a mac VM) that I could run on a PC the necessary tools to install Scratch on my iphone?

You can jailbreak on PC. You can use i-Funbox on a PC. You can install apps with iTunes on a PC.

I don't want to jailbreak my iphone (basically because I know that some app don't work on a jailbreaked device). But I would love to install the app from its source. Is i-funbox enough to get this?

i-Funbox should work. You can use it with jailed or jailbroken devices. i-Funbox only installs .ipa files. If you use iTunes, just drag a .ipa file or .app into iTunes library.

Weird. Would you be able to compile iSqueak for me? I really want to get Squeak on my iPod, but when I try install the .app that John McIntosh (the person that made Scratch.app and ported Squeak to iOS), iTunes says it is for iPad. Both Installous and i-Funbox give an error.

ok now it worked.
AWESOMEOk cool. Is it running smoothly on your iPod? Don't get anything that claims to make your iPod run faster. They do make the device run faster, but it also shortens the life of the "flash drive" (the drive that all your stuff is stored on).
no, it's glichy, but I HAVE IT

You can't get a .ipa without a dev account.

DownloadIs there a reason why it's a zip?
And Steve, any progress on delivering the app?
The reason it is in a zip is because a .app is a directory, not a file.
