i downloaded scratch before i made an account but i need to download it again plz help write back to me soon

Hello.

Could you explain your problem, please? I don't think I understood what you mean...
1. You downloaded Scratch
2. You made an account
3. You can't upload projects
4. Why do you have to download it again?

It doesn't detect... you have to do it via Scratch, not the site.

Ok, just open your scratch project,
go on share ->
share this on the internet ->
enter your scratch-name and your password ->
click ok

Open the Scratch program and make your project, then look at the top of the window.
You should see this:

Click on "Share this Project Online" and enter your username, password, title, and description for your project (optional) and then click "Upload"!
