I'm not sure why, all the motion blocks were hidden from the panel, so I don't have those blocks. What can I do to solve this issue

You are probably viewing the Stage. Just switch to a regular sprite and they'll come back.

It will say: Stage selected. No motion blocks.

Sci, shouldn't this go in questions about scratch, or even bugs and glitches? I don't believe the New Scratcher's forum is the place for it.

Oh, ok. Yeah, it's probably just the fact that the stage is selected. It can't move, so that would be your problem.
