You know, you can't just go around posting whatever you want. There are guidelines. For one thing, this is not a question about scratch.

Don't ever download something from a site other than the original company's site.
If you do that, you risk getting a virus or worse.
Get the flash player here:
http://www.adobe.com/support/flash/downloads.html
Notice that Flash is made by Adobe and that is the official download site.
Animated sigs must be banned!

Sorry you are having trouble! Look at BoltBait's post and follow the link to install Flash. If you are still having trouble, you should talk to whoever takes care of the computer you are using - it might be a permissions problem.
Problems like this probably fit better in the Bugs and Gltches section of the forum.

Wow!,I LOVE scratch a lot, today i went to the enrichment classes i did'' Calling All Teachies'' we went to Scratch i was so so so so so so so so so so so so so so AWSOME!!!!!!
