60 second rule

Hmm When I post on a thread 2 times very fast, it does not stop me with the 60 second rule. Is that a glitch or normal?

Ok the 60 sec rule is working, I just thought the post was very fast. Hmm time seems to go soo fast! I am requesting to close.
