All I have is the Pocket Edition, so if it doesn't exist already, placable water & lava would be neat.

There's buckets that you can put water and lava in, then place somewhere.

Minecart links that chain minecarts together, so we can have minecart lines and powered minecarts start being useful.  Also (slow) ore respawning.
