Re: How safe is Scratch?

It is incredibly safe. Any mean comment/post/form of writiing anywhere is removed as quickly as possible. Any project not suitable for all ages are marked NFE (Not For Everyone). Any commercial spam is tackled quickly as well.

Re: How safe is Scratch?

Yes. Scratch is amazingly secure and safe, and never asks you for any personal info (besides your birth date, but that isn't stored anywhere). Any people that ask for personal info have nothing on you, because you don't have to tell them anything. The moderators work hard to keep the website safe and clean.

Oh, yes, Scratch is safe If it wasn't, I wouldn't have this account. Don't worry, Scratch is the safest site ever!

It's safe enough...though I have had to report some inappropriate comments before.

I think your birth date is stored, I'm pretty sure it can be used when resetting a password (if you didn't use a valid email). I may be wrong though

Re: How safe is Scratch?

It is safe, as long as you don't give out sensitive information in the comments or on the forums.

If there is an inappropriate comment, just flag it  big_smile !

Scratch is a very safe website. Very little personal data is collected. We try hard to keep all inappropriate things off. If you find something, flag or report it immediately!

No, just you're birth month and year. And they only use it for security reasons.

Why Online-Armor firewall detects attempt to install key logger by Scratch on my computer? Is keyloger a part of the Scratch?

Re: How safe is Scratch?

Scratch was for made for seven year olds to do whatever they want (even though adults sometimes use it).
There's no question. It's 100% safe all the time.
