How Old Do You Have To Be To Be a Moderator of Scratch?

I'm just wondering, I'm not sure if it's 13 or 14, can someone give me the most accurate answer? Thanks!  smile

I think it was 14 a couple of years ago, but to let more scratchers apply for mod, they lowered it  smile
