Rules
ScratchComp is a programming competition which is designed to find the best project on the Scratch website. When a project is submitted it will be put into a group with 4 other projects. The best project in that group will go through to the final. The final will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. More groups and places in the final will be added subject to popularity.Conditions
1) VOTING HAS CLOSED.
2) Voting will last two weeks per group and 4 weeks for the final.
