i want to know how to make a moving picure for your profile pic. i see lots of people have those and i'd like to know how to make(or get) one. if you know how, please post an answer.

It's called an "animated gif", an image format that allows multiple images to be store as one file.

Those nice things are called "animated .gif's". Beware though; if your animated .gif is too big, then you can't put it as you avatar! nice, simple animated .gif's work the best.
