Use it if you need it. I learned how to play Jingle Bells on the piano during piano class, so I just put the song in scratch.
Useful if you want to make it fast, slow, quiet, loud, or even if you want to change the instrument!

Cool! [I think] the method is similar to my Still Alive - Both can have tempo and instrument changed.
