How do you get █▀▀░█▀▄░▀█?
I've seen them in some tags and project notes. But how do you get them? I copied the ones in the title from a URL but what other ways are there to get them?

probably from the character map
if you're in windows xp, go to the start menu, click "Run" and type charmap.exe

Yes, they are from charmap.exe. but I think you can get them with some alt + numpad combinations too!
invisible "block" is alt + 0160, for exemple

You can do that on a Windows Vista by holding down alt and 945 on the number pad.
