lolwut. I guess Taylor S is Taylor Swift, but I have no idea who Carly J. is. And it's against the community guidelines to answer the first two questions without parental permission.

Anyway, welcome to Scratch, mckennabrooks1! I'm afraid that the forums aren't for fan-club style posts like this, but how about you make a project with this sort of form in it? You could create a topic about it in Show and Tell when its done and then people could remix the project with their fan-club submissions!
