I think, you should be abled, to like forum posts, so that if someone has a question, you can see the best answer, by looking at the number of likes of each post. Maybe you could also array the posts, so that the post with the most likes is on the top...

thats a good idea, this way it will be easier to gain information from old topics because you dont have to hunt through dozens of posts

Maybe a toggle to order them from oldest to newest or highest ranking to lowest?

I think this is a good suggestion, but only for some categories (not in RaP or MaP, not Show and Tell, maybe not Collaboration)
